Turkish lawyer Hilal Utku was appointed Deputy General Counsel Europe at L’Oreal in France.
Utku has been with L'Oreal since 2017 when she joined as Country Legal Director & Management Committee Member. She was appointed as Scientific and Public Affairs Director in 2020. Prior to that Utku worked for HP as Legal Counsel between 2012 and 2015 and as Country Counsel for turkey and Greece between 2015 and 2017. Prior to moving in-house, Utku worked for Actecon between 2006 and 2012.
